  • Q.2 Will I get some time for myself on the tour?

    Ans: Group Tour Itineraries are designed and planned in such a way that you should get to see maximum places, so you will get time only when you are back at the hotel. However, if you wish to skip any sightseeing, then you have to inform the Tour Leader accordingly, but you shall not get any refund for such services which you have not availed at your own discretion.

  • Q.3 What is included in these packages

    Ans: The inclusions are: Air fare, visas, accommodation, meals and sightseeings as per the itinerary.

    Ans: The location of hotels will be away from the city center.

    Ans: Today you can choose from a diverse suite of tour packages across India, Europe, America, Middle East, South East Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

  • Q.6 Will other Indians be a part of this tour?

    Ans: Yes, only Indians

  • Q.7 What is the meaning of per person on twin sharing basis?

    Ans: It means that the rates given are for one person, even if two people share the accommodation. For single occupancy, different rates apply.

  • Q.8 What are the modes of travel on tour?

    Ans: The modes of travel depend upon the tour which you book. Generally, we travel by Flight, Coach, Train, Cruise, Speed boat, etc. as mentioned in the itinerary. For more information refer respective tour itinerary page on the website.

  • Q.9 Are there any restrictions on the number of people traveling?

    Ans: No

    Ans: Yes, every optional tour has an extra charge which has been mentioned in the respective packages

  • Q.12 Will I get drinking water during sightseeing?

    Ans: Passengers will have to carry their own water bottle.

  • Q.13 What is the difference between child and infant?

    Ans: Infant is any guest who is below 2 years of age whereas child is a guest who is or above 2 years of age and below 12 years of age.

  • Q.14 Can I select the optional tour after the trip commences?

    Ans: Yes, on the day of arrival the passenger has to inform the respective tour manager.

  • Q.15 Is there any refund against cancellation?

    Ans: For cancellations, please check the Terms and Conditions.

  • Q.16 How many days in advance do I have to book?

    Ans: Every package has a different cut-off date for booking. Only those packages will be available for booking that are within the cut-off date. So we request you to please check the packages for more details.

  • Q.17 Can I use my credit card for shopping / personal expense while on an international tour?

    Ans: Yes, you can use internationally accepted Credit Cards for shopping and personal expenses but kindly cross check with your bank before effecting any transaction. We are not responsible/liable for any loss, fraud, damage, cheating etc., if any, occurs in such cases. We also request the passenger to check the charges from their respective banks.

  • Q.18 Is there any age criteria for discounts? Do children also get discount?

    Ans: Discounts are applicable for all guests who are or above 2 years of age for both world tours & Indian tours.

  • Q.19 Is this is a group tour?

    Ans: Yes

  • Q.20 Will there be a tour manager escorting us?

    Ans: Tour Manager will be available for a small group of passengers.

  • Q.21 Will it be possible to extend my stay at a destination ?

    Ans: You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
